GYM: K- Elementary
This Class is held every Wednesday from 9am - 10am.
Looking for a fun way to help your K-Elementary student build confidence, strength, and healthy habits? Our gym class is the perfect place to start!
Through games, obstacle courses, teamwork activities, and age-appropriate fitness challenges, children will improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and overall strength.

Physical Education: Skill Development & Lifetime Fitness
This class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?" Thursday's Physical Education class shifts the focus toward individual skill building, coordination, and lifelong wellness habits. Students will engage in fitness circuits and agility training designed to improve strength and flexibility. The goal is to inspire students to cultivate a lifestyle of personal physical stewardship, keeping their bodies healthy and ready to fulfill whatever purpose God has for their lives.

Physical Education:
Middle & High School
This class is held every Wednesday from 10am-11am
Our goal is to help students build lifelong fitness habits and create a personalized workout plan based on their goals. Students will explore a variety of training methods, including bodybuilding, weight training, strength training, HIIT, and suspension training. The course also covers proper nutrition, cardiovascular, muscular, and respiratory endurance, flexibility, and core stability. Along the way, students will gain the knowledge and confidence to pursue goals such as improved health and increased performance.

Soccer
This class is held every Wednesday from 9 AM - 9:45 AM
Discover the joy of the world's most popular game while honoring the Creator! This dynamic course focuses on soccer and cooperative team sports, designed to build cardiovascular fitness, agility, and fundamental athletic skills. Beyond the physical training, our field is a classroom for life. Students will actively practice Christian character, teamwork, leadership, and fair play, learning to glorify God through their sportsmanship and attitude both on and off the ball.

Cullinary Arts Class
This class is held every Wednesday from 11:15-1:45.
Food is a beautiful gift from God meant for nourishment, creativity, and fellowship. This hands-on course introduces students to the essential principles of cooking, baking, and food presentation. From kitchen safety and flavor profiles to baking chemistry, students will learn to prepare nutritious meals. The course emphasizes hospitality, teaching students how to use the culinary arts to serve their families and bless others, just as Christ gathered with His disciples around the table.
